In order to process a refund, we require proof that an issue exists and will attempt to trouble-shoot as far as possible within the first 24hrs of your subscription being active. We will also share proof if there is no problem from our source.

It’s important to note that at BUY-TV, we have no control over the content provided or any related issues due to the nature of IPTV.
